    Why would the Knicks trade Melo for Anderson? Doesn't seem like any other teams want Anderson, so unless the Rockets are throwing something else into the deal...

    Lol this guy is a noob, they got Hayward who is kind of like Jimmy, and with this trade they covered the possibility of isiah leaving, not to mention this comes down to lebron staying, which will determine if isiah stays.

    @dwil8686 if lebron leaves then so does isiah. What franchise will be better off in a year?

    Think the deal works out for both sides.

    Clev got a good package for kyrie.

    Boston gets kyrie added to their core and with lebron possibly leaving, they are the clear #1 team in the east and for years to come

    I never said that their future is set. Just that it's a much better haul than Ryan Anderson and some 2019 conditional pick. For a disgruntled guy that wanted out. The job for them now is figuring out how to make sure Thomas stays (LeBron is pretty much gone).

    I don't see why isiah would stay when lebron leaves.... if lebron who is supposedly the second best player ever had/has trouble getting free agents then what luck does isiah have lol
