KD wanted accountability supposedly. I'll predict that he'll play out the rest of the season, which is a win for Nets after last summer's implosion where they potentially were not getting anything back for Kyrie and were losing a season. Having a winning season is great for their goal of building fandom away from Knicks and becoming a worthwhile destination for free agents. Their fans actually booed Irving and team came through with a win last night. And they got back a fan favorite in Dinwiddie

 

Not a bad trade for the Mavs if they get Kyrie the basketball player, not Kyrie the head case. Too bad those two things are intertwined.

 

Good choice by both teams.. Mavs will be a tough out.. Nets may need to stay away from trading for super teams for awhile..

 

Dorian Finney-Smith is a very nice player on a very nice contract.
