Oh thank you Celtics. Your shitty big ego players really make me put in perspective why I love James Harden. The worse thing we have heard is Gordon saying he wasn't having fun.

Will this accelerate or slow down the Celtic's efforts to acquire Davis? They can include Irving in a trade for him right now. Irving has reached out allegedly to Lebron for a re-union as well. This seems unlikely for obvious reasons for now.

Any team that tries to build around Kyrie Irving as their best player will regret it.

LeBron winning a title with him created the illusion of him being a superstar. When he doesn't play Boston doesn't miss a beat.

Knowing Kyrie is officially a beta/2ndBanana now and his desire to continue to suck on the teat of LeBron, the best they can probably do is just trade him to LA for expirings and maybe one decent player back. I would just go ahead and try to pry Hart or a 1st from LA and move Kyrie to LA where he can go back to his daddy.

Could they trade for Kyrie and still be able to trade for Anthony Davis? While giving both teams something they'd want?

The stars of this era of the NBA are a joke. Tearing down franchises right and left. Harden is damn unique.

What about Kareem, Shaq, Kobe, Wilts, Barkley etc. Stars have always been trying to either go to a bigger market or win. How is Harden unique OKC offered him close to max money he decided he wanted more.

Harden wanted a max deal. They wouldn’t pay it. I never ask a player to leave money on the table. Most of these stars are leaving because of shoe deals and market sizes.

exactly, you have to do what's best for you. These franchises will cut you or trade you in a second if you get hurt or see something better. A franchise has a billionaire owner at the end of the day.

Harden was given a silly ultimatum. Sam Presti gave him a couple of hours to decide and then traded him when the time was up without re-negotiating.

^That OKC deal was an insulting lowball offer.

The exact opposite of the CP3 extension...

Harden is doing what is best for him. All players should be doing that. If Harden started declining you think Morey would hesitate in shipping him out?
