Good job by Lowry, but don't be dense and discredit the matchup against Philly, 34 pts by Derozan, and critical bench contributions by Patsquatch and the Chuckwagon. The dude's +/- was -1. How do you manage that with a triple double, sheesh
+/- is such a flawed stat. If you watch Lowry play, he has by far the biggest impact on that team and is a much more deserving All-Star candidate than DeRozan.
Kyle is a fighter. Even in slumps, he is the definition of a gritty player. I still think it's a shame we had to get rid of him. If we were able to keep him and add James and Dwight, we'd be even better. I wish him the best of luck. I'd love to have him on the Rockets, but I don't want him to be miserable with you know who...
Don't you think teams would notice if he only puts up numbers in contract years? He isn't JR Smith and every team isn't the Knicks for goodness sake. Lowry has been solid to borderline all star since he signed his first contract with us. Good for him to step it up recently though.
He is playing really good. I understand the contract year argument though. But it's not like Lowry isn't playing better than his expectations.. he's just healthy right now
He isn't as effienct as he should be and their is no way if he is in the west he is even considered to be an allstar
he's extremely underrated. he and dragic were a hell of a duo. dragic was going to sign for big money, if mchale didn't ruin the raltionship with kyle, DM would've traded goran's ending contract for a future pick or something at the deadline, and we would've had lowry instead of signing lin. lowry, harden, parsons, jones, and dwight would be amazing.
