I would be shock if a team came at him with 40 mill. But since he's a restricted free agent, and someone tried to sign him for the same amount (36 mill) like Ariza, should we match? Cause if you think about it, the Rox signed Ariza based on his defense and potential, so a team with cash and point guard needs which is alot will try to sign him. And you have to remember whatever team signs him Aaron Brooks will be looking at a contract larger then Lowry's.
I think he is quoting Don Chaney and Kevin E. from the post-game show, they were talking about their 3 point shooting, it wasn't how many they made, but when they made them. But his thread title and the actual post would then be completely irrelevant.
