    Why do people keep bringing up the fact that if this was a woman this would be different. Of course a woman or man changes your thoughts. If you see a man beating a man's ass at a bar you will feel different than if that same man was beating a woman.

    We are not talking about Kyle Lowry in a bar are we?

    We are talking about a referee. Kyle Lowry attacked a referee, the gender doesn't matter.

    You still haven't answered my question, if Lowry got in a fight with another man are you still going to cut him straight away? Or are you making this a gender specific issue.

    Wow! At what point do you take this measure of assualt unless one is in self defense, drinking heavily, or on medication for anger management. I am sure lowery feels terrible about this, but there are people out there that really need help and have never gotten it while never being labled through grade school. I mean who throws a basketball at a girl??? Thats sombody's sister or mother. I cant see him being locked up at the detention center not with his lawyers, i mean this will be swept under the rug real nice by les alexander, i mean swept under real nice!!!

    This is why we aren't getting the calls.

    Anyone who think gender matters is sexist by the way. Whether it's a man or a woman referees need to understand their bad calls will catch up with them. We need more of this in the NBA.
