I agree. Just one clarification. Spurs were up 8 pts, not 12. It went like this: TMac 3 Intentional foul - Spurs make both TMac 3 and 1 Intentional foul - Spurs make both TMac 3 Brown loses his dribble near our baseline TMac 3 for the win Because of the intentional fouls, that sequence took forever ... like over 5 minutes, and like 10 minutes for the final 59 seconds, when it all started with Yao making a shot. Most people were leaving the stadium at some point during that long last minute. None of us who stayed really even got overly excited on the 4 pt play, because Spurs kept making all their free throws and they kept calling timeouts. Even after the third three, Spurs called a timeout, and could run out the clock or get fouled. But when Brown slipped and lost the ball, time stood still as we all got out of seats to watch TMac dribble down court for the dagger.
That one is crazy, thanks for sharing! Does anybody else see freaking Cuttino Mobley twin in that guy??
Damn right. My dad took me to that game for my 15th birthday, which was a few days before. We stayed until the end and got rewarded with something that'll never happen again. Will likely be my best live sports moment forever. Anyways, on topic, that was a pretty cool hot streak for Kyle but a random chunk of third quarter minutes isn't anything that'll last the ages.
Impressive, but certainly not in the same galaxy as what McGrady did. Also, 8/9 from behind the arc in a game is more impressive than this in my opinion.
This is sort of similar 16 in 2 mins <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/tyd4NPvzKQg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
