Yes, but you have to pay him for 2011 and 2012. And you pay your new head coach for 2011 and so on. I think he'll get one more year until he gets fired unless the Texans have a great year in '11.

I wonder if Mcnair will actually hire a real coach this time. Gruden and Cowher are available.

Knowing him we'll hire somebody's coordinator though.

 

This is probably the only time I would ever advocate my team to quit on its coach.

 

Man looking back, it's depressing to think how many wins this incompetent coaching staff has cost us. It's like starting games in a 14 point hole.
