    That's rich.
The bane of my existence for over a year, one of the unholy trinity we Houston sports fans have had to
suffer of late, is actually looked upon as a saviour up there.
And the Broncos paying the freight is the cherry.

Kubiak needs to honestly go work with a proven coach as OC. His team (the Texans) lack discipline. They always make enough mistakes to barely lose games. I think (from where I am sitting) he still has things to learn about being a head coach. Working with a guy like Belichick on his offensive staff, or even going to work with Payton, even Rex who is all about discipline and winning games.

No doubt he knows a lot about offense and molding QBs so he'll be a hot commodity for sure...that is if he gets released. I hope so.

If I were a Broncos fan, I'd be like FML.

This is like Warren Moon becoming GM and Cody Carlson becoming head coach, hell eff no.

I agree. He will be a great OC somewhere. But as a HC, he is lacking serious skills

Maybe Kubiak will learn something his second time around as coach. Namely bringing in a competent defensive coordinator that's not his friend.

This is an absolutely wonderful idea. A perfect situation for Kubiak and a great opportunity for the Texans. Elway/Kubiak and Cowher/Texans. Get'r done Morey!

Actually what are the rules relating to trading a coach. Is that even possible anymore. I remember Oakland getting 2 first round pick for Gruden back in the day. Also New England gave a first pick in 2000 to the Jets for Belichick. Can we get something similar to let Kubiak? Even a 2nd rounder would be awesome in the upcoming draft.

I am pretty sure that you can only trade players, but I am willing to give it a try!
