I saw a lot of that not just from KPJ but most of our perimeter defense. Not every play is like that, but quite frequently they do not move their feet to stay in front of the man. And the most infuriating thing is that once they get blown by, they don't even bother to chase and attempt to recover. They just turn around, stand there, and watch. This is both about technique and effort.

How AWESOME of clutch to pinpoint KPJ, when the whole team was playing poor defense last night.

I saw Jalen getting blown by, Jabari was getting killed in the 1st half, Johnson was on pace for 50 and Sengun feet were in quicksand but Clutch pinpoints KPJ out of all of that. Lol

Personally i'd like Dave to criticize Jalen a bit more as well but it's his page and his opinions.

Spoken like a true casual. Clutch has been very outspoken in regards to Green's shooting slump and inefficient scoring. That's not to say Dave has written Jalen off or anything, but to say he hasn't been critical is categorically false.

Isn’t this thread about KPJ’s D? If you want to talk about Green’s D, why don’t you create a thread? You create threads on everything anyway

I haven't seen him criticize Jalen's lack of defensive effort for once. Criticizing shooting slumps and criticizing lack of defensive effort are entirely different things.

So you previously clamored solely for more criticism of JG despite Clutch having been critical of him. You're now reframing that as Clutch needs to specifically critique his defense lol?! The problem with that being Clutch has brought that up many a time. It's one of the main reasons why he'd prefer to pair a more defensive minded PG next to Jalen. It's why Clutch would prefer Cason Wallace to Nick Smith. Someone clearly hasn't been paying attention.
