KPJ had one good pass to Alpi this game. And he has been making a few (bad) shots the last few games. Has been shooting well. But he also visibly stopped playing on defense while pouting AGAIN in at least one possession.
So many narrative driven people want KPJ traded. When if you looked from the top down you would keep him over Green, he is better on all levels and he is cheaper - but there are some people that just can't think beyond their original considerations and it is hilarious to see articles talk about Porter being streaky and wanting to keep an even less efficient Green - personally I would keep them both, and focus on getting a center that can guard the rim, and a backup PG. And a coach that emphasized defense. DD
Green is barely less efficient than KPJ while scoring more(54 vs 56% ts) while being 2 years younger where they are at a stage of their careers where 2 years makes a massive difference. Jalen Green will me a better player in two years and most likely considerably so if he makes the third year jump that a lot of high talent guards take

KPJ over Green is extremely shortsighted. Yes he is a bit better now - but given their career trajectories I think it's very likely Green surpasses him within two years. At the very least, he should be better than KPJ this year two years from now.
Every GM in the league would take the better player if they had to choose, KPJ is a better player and is only 1 year older - and is cheaper - two can play the Everyone would do this game. I also don't poll it, I mean popular opinions are never the way to go, you go with learned opinions.....over everyone. The right thing is sometimes not the popular thing. Why do a poll? I can give you a complete list of posters who would vote for kpj over green. There is not a gm who would do it, there is not even a media troll who would voice that as an opinion. It is that bad.

That moment you realize the player you wanted to draft didn't want to workout/play (allegedly) for your team based on a certain player already on your team, and since you highly dislike the draft choice over who you wanted you prop up the player who kept you from having a legit chance of getting the player you wanted to draft instead of Green And then you want to keep the better player of the two and trade the worst/lesser player because the lesser player has more trade value
Turns out that Mobley stuff just wasn't true, saw an interview on Locked on Rockets that said that just wasn't true and it was a false narrative, and that the Rockets had already chosen Green and so Mobley didn't want to come here because of that. Maybe the truth is in there somewhere....but a good org would not shy away from drafting a player they think is better even if that player didn't like them. DD

He has only been in the league 4 years, I’m sure his -10 points per hundred possessions when he is on the court will improve. His VORP is finally positive too. This is his team!
