Wow, the first though that popped into my head is exactly what they named the first word in the URL!!! It's even spelled the same way.

 

In lieu of the Asiana news that broke, the only thing that comes to mind is HO. LEE. CRAP. Such a sad story. She used to be beautiful.

I remember this story from Korean media 10 years ago. I guess she didn't get better.

 

I initially thought it was a very quick process, turns out it's happened over many years. She's 50 years old now, and had injected black market silicone first. Diagnosed with a psychological problem shortly after (duh doy!).
