They gave Bryant a T because Artest sold it well. The refs should have called a retaliation foul on Bryant, instead of a T. This is playoff, those physical plays are just part of the game.
I'm not convinced the hit was intentional. But, if it was, it should be a flagrant foul, not a technical.
