If the league is reluctant to penalize one of its superstars, perhaps vigilante justice is the way to go. When the Lakers come to Houston, we need to plant a smoking hot stripper at the front desk of the Lakers hotel. The stripper hits on Kobe and promises to come visit him in his room (Eagle, Colorado style). Kobe goes back to his room and get a knock on his door. Looks in the peep hole and sees a hot stripper. Goes to open the door and BOOM Ron Ron jumps out of nowhere to deliver a beatdown.

I'd be happy with a warning that says: "We're watching you now Kobe. Do it again, and we'll suspend you."

I'm probably thinking too much into it, but I bet Battier gets under Kobe's skin more then Ron. Why? Battier's Duke pedigree and him being the embodiment of Duke players; clean cut goody 2 shoes hard workers. Kobe was suppose to go to Duke if he had gone to college and I bet he envisioned himself having the college career Battier had; NCAA title and College player of the year.

One of the angles on TNT showed Kobe also stepping on Shane's hand as it is flat on the floor.

Still, when I saw the Rockets' reaction after that incident, I knew we were going to win.

Yes, everyone saw it. I think the officials saw it too. They just don't want to give him technical because he is Kobe. That is so unfair. But I am glad after Battier bleeded, the officials finally make calls favoring us.

After Battier came back with several stitches and Yao came back with a cripple leg. I know we will take the series. That should be the attitude we play with. They made me so pround of them. Let Lakers continue to play with arrogance! And we will take this series.

It is the attitude that brought us the win.

Oh, I didn't get what Barry was referring to then..

But yeah, that was a mighty jerk move by Kobe after Battier slapped the ball out of his hands...Battier walks away as if nothing's happened even though he knows what just happened was ridiculous.

i think it should be at least a technical foul, but i don't think you can give a technical foul after the game's already over. :p but i think a suspension might be too severe. but i think what kobe did (kneeing and elbowing) should be made known

This is why Kobe will never be MJ. MJ didn't do this dirty crap, he just straight up beat you.

You could tell Kobe wasn't feeling his best so he reacted like a little b!tch, Literally, what was that crazy dog-I'm-on-top / You're-not-humping-me, I'm-humping-you power thing?

It was a cheap shot, but I think it was legitimate. Barry went in for a hard playoff foul and Fisher wanted to make him pay for it. It was completely different than what Kobe did. Kobe was p*ssed that someone tried to play defense on him and he was going to try to force his will on that person.

It wasn't that bad, but it was surely on purpose. It was in his eyes - frustration or something..
