with the lakers, it's a coach thing. phil jackson is a good coach. he made great players buy into his system. im not sure about lebron and the cavs as i dont watch them too often. but im assuming the offense is pretty much tailor made for lebron. as for the rox, its pretty difficult to say at the moment what kind of offense we're running. but the players get their points anyways. im more concerned about the defense though.
