    Kobe might be a d!ck, but he's very well spoken and obviously a smart guy. I'd like to see more of him and other current difference makers do commentary during the playoffs. Guys like Barkley are entertaining but his take on the game is based on the game as it was 10 years ago. Have a guy like Gilbert Arenas and I'm sure it'd be just as entertaining.

    Gilbert sucked today in studio, didn't think he was any good.

    Not everyone has it. I think Kobe is well-spoken and articulate and can communicate his thoughts very well, which is all someone like him needs because B-ball IQ is obviously off the charts, all these great players in the league are extremely bright individuals.

    They need to get Steve Francis in the studio. In fact I think teams should screen potential draftees in this way. Put them on set with Barkley and see how he holds up. 40 games in 40 nights... have on 40 rookies and see who can talk the talk.

    Kobe is very smart, his breakdown of game winning shots was something special. Not to mention he can speak Italian!
