"First of all, he shot 27 free throws. We as a team shot 30. Think about that."

"First of all, he shot 27 free throws. We as a team shot 30. Think about that."

That was a quote from Kobe Bryant when Gilbert Arenas burned the Lakers for 60 points in a win last year at Staples.

Its a funny thing that I didn't hear him say a word when the Lakers lost to the Rockets and he had the same freaking ft statline.

Then people go on and call this crybaby the best in the league.

Give me the player that makes the right play every time than a hypocrite who can't even see his own flaw.

This im posting because it's sickening to see people keep coming here talking about trading our guys for this kind of poison. The talent doesn't matter when he doesn't care about the team.

Think about the game we played in LA, and see how much of this applies to his own self.

I would never trade Yao or Tmac for a guy who can dish it but can't take it.
    Sounds like he's describing himself.

Can we please stop with the Kobe talk. I'm pretty sure no on here wants Kobe, and the Rockets don't want Kobe.

Yao_fan 07 would disagree with you here. He told me that the board was unanimous in wanting Kobe here instead of T-Mac.

Great thread... I love the quote. He's such a whiner.

Kobe needs to keep his mouth shut. It's always wide open...complaining about something. I loved the end of game 1 when he didn't get the call he wanted against Rafer. That look on his face... typical Kobe. irritates the heck of me. i don't know what i'd do if he were a Rocket.

but dont forget Kobe has the franchise of vetoing a trade, so laker would do that if they have no choice
