Mutombo was the absolute worst in terms of frequency of complaining about calls (always). But he often did it in a humorous manner, which made it slightly less annoying.
People to this day know nothing about the case. The girl never admitted she told Kobe to stop originally. All she said was she pushed his hands away and they stopped......such violence there. Several interviews later she added it to her story. A year later she told the police she completely made up the part about Kobe making her to go clean up in the bathroom after the alleged rape. That chick flip flopped more than John Kerry. As for her nasty undies. The damning evidence was that Kobe's DNA was present but another guy (who refused to give a DNA sample) j*zz was layered all on top of Bryant's DNA and the blood was mixed in with his j*zz spots, not Kobe's. The chick was raped then ran straight to John Doe to get more action before she had her rape exam. It was why Colorado's very own CSI department was testifying FOR Kobe. The chick dropped out of the case because in civil court the burden of proof is completely different. You don't have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it happened in civil court. Had she lost in court her chances of a financial settlement in civil court would have been hurt. This isn't secretive information. It was all printed for the world to see in the public court documents. Most people were too narrow minded to read them.
WTF --- I don't know about you, but if I wanted to be entertained by a dancer, she'd better be wearing a pair of clear heels.
My point is that they're out there playing a game to entertain people. It's not like Lebron is a lawyer who starts dancing in the middle of court every time he makes a good point. I don't remember all this hate when Mark Jackson or Antoine Walker used to dance during games. Sure, they got made fun of, but the Lebron hate goes well beyond that.
i loathed mark jackson when he was doing that dance for the clipps vs. the Rox in the first round of 1993.
Professionalism is simple: forget the antics, attitude and ego, and just do your job. Lawyers do law stuff. Ballers ball. Dancers take it off. You're absolutely right it's unacceptable for lawyers to dance around on the job, it should be equally unacceptable for anyone who's not a professional dancer.
But LeBron wasn't playing the game when he's dancing. There are different kinds of entertainment. A Jim Carey entertainment is very different from a Larry King entertainment. You expect these people to behave differently according to the type of things they do. Do you want King to dance on the set while he's interviewing a political figure? Most fans want to watch players play the basketball game, not dance on the sideline. Fans may like some celebration RIGHT AFTER a good play. But when the play has started again, the game is going on, doing that is spoiling the game by grabbing attention to himself on the sideline.
So, based on this, you can see that LeBron isn't hated all that much because Kobe is ahead of him on the list and look at how many Kobe lovers there are out there.
BS. Bron is a choker. You probably believed that tragic elbow "injury" of his during the Boston series.
Kobe is ahead of him in every list. He's loved more and hated more. And he sold more jerseys than LeBron all over the world.
