Wow to think Tmac scored 13 in 33 seconds and now he can't even score 13 in 33 minutes. Now that's AMAZING.
There once was a guy named Reggie miller that scored 8 points in 9secs? do you remember that? i think thats more impressive.
I swear I don't use any other account than goodbug on this site. But you, clippy and t_mac1 look like in the same pants.
You need to get to the finals first, shouldn't you. And not lost to some underdogs like it's a habit.
i think Kobe has still one or two more seasons to win a title but he needs to adjust his game ( low post moves...) and a big support from his teammates
That's why I said "nearly." I still think Kobe's performances in big games throughout his career doesn't warrant the faith you show by saying "he is gonna be there doing what he always does when it counts."
Well, tonight Kobe looked just like the ol' Kobe. No sign of him slowing down. 37 minutes, 27 pts, 7 asts, 5 rbs. and shooting semi-poorly 40%. same ol' kobe
Kobe had a full offseason to rest his body. He's feeling great. We'll see his condition by md-season...
If Kobe's slowing down with 27 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds on crappy 40%, maybe the Lakers will take Jermaine for Kobe. Do it Morey!!
To me kobe looked BAD. He had no lift. He pretty much scored all his points on jump shots. The thing is, he has heart and shows up when it counts.
If Kobe looked bad last night then our players look HORRIBLE since he still outplayed just about everyone on our team.
kobe didn't look great; we just didn't defend him well and most defended him with single coverage. he shot 40%, but we let him get to the line way too much b/c we didn't help out.
Lol, I guess if you put it that way. Another thing too. Kobe had those two last second "stat busting" shots at the end of the clock. If you take away those two, he's 44% for the night which isn't great but not too much below his 46%. That combined with his 27 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds was pretty good for the bad man.
Kobe's condition is gonna get better, that's a given. Rox're still a very good defensive team with Battier manning up and Yao doing anchor. Barring injury, he's going to be as effective as last year, if not better.
While we're at it, let's just throw out all the shots Kobe actually missed. Then he's actually at 100%, which is even better than his career percentage. This is going to be his best year yet!
