I won't take anything away from Kobe he's played spectacular these last couple of games, but, we'll see how long his efficiency last. I won't hide when he plays good, so don't hide when he has off nights!
Who cares? You originally said You should ask Clutch if you can change your username to "Strawman". Seriously?
I proved Tmac_1 wrong. Bynum doesn't make Kobe more efficient. It's the opposite. That's the point. And LeChoke fanbois have to create a Kobe bash thread everyday to live on, Strawman, good nick.
Once again, you're trying to use a two game sample against two of the league's worst teams to make your point. But I'll play along. So you think Bynum's absence is the reason Kobe shot 16-28 the other day against Golden State? What's your explanation for Kobe shooting 13-28 against the GSW on 1/6/12 when Bynum played 35 minutes?
You proved me wrong by using 2 games v. the 2 of the WORST TEAMS in the league? Wow. 2 games are a large sample size for you I see. Can I use LBJ's game tonight to say he's the clutchest player in the league? Stupid logic. And he's making his JUMPERS, taking 3s, contested fadeaways. The same jumpers he missed with Bynum playing. Are you even watching the game? You have to remember one thing. Kobe has NEVER shot above 47% in his career. His highest fg% is 46.7%. You're making it like Kobe can AVERAGE 50%fg. You are delusional. If Bynum gets injured and misses the playoffs, Kobe won't average above 45-46% in the playoffs. That's a guarantee.
That's not 2 games. That's over a month of games, with totally opposite result between Bynum's in and out. And he's getting points in the paint when Bynum's out. He doesn't have to force many shots in deep clock since the offense tries to find him first.
Kobe shot along the line of 7-24 when he used 2 clutch shots to win the game against GS the other night. When you combined both games he didn't shoot better than season average. You are trying to sound like GS had poor perimeter defense.
Again, we have a CAREER to judge Kobe's fg%. And to the bolded part, coincidentally, his last 3 shots that he made in the 4th are BUZZER-BEATERS. So no, Kobe takes tough shots early or late in the shot clock, with or without Bynum. Thing is, he's a jumpshooter primarily now. If his J is on, he'll be on. But if you're too dependent on the J, you'll live and die by it. He's not a bad player. He's still a top 8-10 player in this league. It's not surprising he's having 2 good shooting games v. 2 porous teams. He's a 43% shooter this year after all. After a month of shooting sub 40%, by the law of AVERAGES, he was due for a few good shooting games.
So what exactly is your argument? That Kobe can have good games and bad games when Bynum is on the floor and that he can also have good games and bad games when Bynum is off the floor? Shocking...
The defender simply has to give more space when there's no big inside to help. Of course his jumper is more likely to be on.
WRONG. In December, Bynum averaged 34.4 mpg. Kobe shot 45.5%, averaged 31.1 points, 6 boards, 5 dimes -> his best month of the year.
December? LOL, there're only 5 games in December. And with everybody being rusty, Kobe of course got a head start with fresh legs.
Kobe has shot 50% or better about 13 times this season. I think Bynum has been on the floor for 10 of those games. So yeah...you're wrong. Again. Simple as that.
actually you are wrong, how many times did bynum miss? i don't recall many, and 3 of those games would be a higher proportion of good games (assuming he didn't miss many)
Tipjar wager? $20 says that for all the games Kobe has shot at least 50% this season, Bynum has been on the floor for at least 75% of them.
Lol, this dude argue like a republican, smdh Ive never seen anybody ride kobe bryants d**k so hard in my life
