    you mad?

You wanna harp on the salaries. Tell me which team leads the league in payroll the last 3 seasons? Don't worry. I'll wait, Mister Internet G.

wait goodbug vs sigmund, who's worse?
i think goodbug, because well lebron has pretty much proved himself to everybody, yet goodbug still finds ways to hate.

LOL, now you mad. You thought you had a cute argument. And your figured out LeBron couldn't do **** with high payroll. He needed superfriends. Kobe was just so much better in that perspective.

i agree with you, but kobe at his peak was able to score at will. lebron might be the best player in the game right now (and one of the best ever imo) but he still hasn't proved he can score at will on isolation plays the way kobe did at his peak. but lebron isnt done yet... we might still see that out of him.

Umm. Not really. Thanks for checking. My day doesn't revolve around defending basketball players in a creepy, obsessive way.

Explain to me why the Lakers have been B slapped the last 2 years with the highest payroll in the NBA.

And for pete's sake, this isn't twilight. I know you sound like a teeny bopper but this isn't team Lebron v team Kobe. SMH.

Yes, coz you rather spend the day bashing a player with forged numbers. And when it backfires, your only excuse is "nobody brings up LeBron".
Lakers didn't win every year with high payroll, nobody did. But Kobe doesn't blame the loss on "no help", unlike LeBron.

LeBron played better last year than Kobe ever has, regular season or playoffs. PERIOD

What supporting cast did Lebron have at 21?

    1 Larry Hughes $10,344,900
    2 Zydrunas Ilgauskas $8,740,000
    3 Eric Snow $5,484,375
    4 Donyell Marshall $4,799,108
    5 LeBron James $4,621,800
    6 Drew Gooden $4,065,811
    7 Damon Jones $3,590,000
    8 Ira Newble $2,950,200
    9 Luke Jackson $1,955,160
    10 Sasha Pavlović $1,274,160
    11 Alan Henderson $1,138,500
    12 Flip Murray $895,248
    13 Anderson Varejão $866,800
    14 Martynas Andriuskevicius $398,762
    15 Stephen Graham

Tell me which player is even close to anyone in terms of skill of that on the starting lineup of the Thunder. Only Varejao

And also tell me which was coached better? Mike Brown was in his 1st year that season

i've never heard that argument in my life. if you want to criticize a fan base, don't do it with that condescending attitude. you know that lebron had a better season last year than kobe..then again kobe is aging. lebron is the best player in the NBA right now, and you know that for a fact. i don't give a **** about payrolls, but if you honstly want to talk about lebron and the help he got and kobe and the help he got let's talk.

let's start with the first ring. shaq at the time was the BEST CENTER IN THE LEAGUE. hell he was the BEST PLAYER IN THE LEAGUE. after shaq and kobe, there wasn't a lot of talent, maybe glen rice. so kobe had the help of the best player in the NBA.
second ring. same exact scenario as the first one, except no glen rice, instead derek fisher and horace grant were the other contributors.
thrid ring, same scenario as the second ring.
4th ring, kobe, still not the best player in the NBA, had the help of pau gasol, andrew bynum, and lamar odom in his conquest for the 4th ring.
5th ring, same as the fourth, with the addition of ron artest.

now that's the help, let's look at opponents.
1st ring, that pacers team was not that great, an aged reggie miller, and jalen rose, the average NBA star, in his prime. no big presence to stop shaq. lakers were clearly the better team
2nd ring, allen iverson. that's it, no one else. shaq had his field day, and kobe had his as well. no realy threat from that sixers team.
3rd ring, the nets were a very good team, well rounder. but no star player to really stop kobe or shaq. lakers sweeped the nets, proving that the nets weren't that great.
4th ring, orlando magic. good team, very deep and d12 was the best center in the NBA. but d12's suporting cast was not that efficient. lakers were clearly better.
5th ring, the best team that kobe faced in the finals, without a doubt. and they were all aging former all-stars. rondo, was beginning to make a name for himself. but besides him, they were all just shells of their former selves.

now looking at lebron's first ring
had the help of bosh and wade. wade was averaging 22 points, so he was playing at kobe's level during kobe's first championship. chris bosh, obviously a big impact on the team, 18 ppg. but he was also injured during the playoffs, and lebron still managed to beat the pacers and force the celtics to a game 7 w/o bosh. bosh would go on to have a very big impact on that game 7, and in the Finals.

    now looking at lebron's opponent
the thunder. extremely talented team. kevin durant, the best scorer in the NBA at 23, russel westbrook, one the best point guards in the NBA. james harden, a great scorer coming off the bench. and the thunder bench, amazing chemistry.
it's safe to say that the thunder were better than any team that kobe faced in his 5 championships.

so after looking at everything, lebron had a little bit more help than kobe did. but the thunder were an immensly talented team that i think, were better than anyone kobe faced. and when kobe faced them, he got beat, badly.
and btw, lebron had more help, but he is so good at contributing on offense, that i think lebron made his teammates better. i doubt wade would be averaging 22 w/o lebron, bosh played well, so i'll give bosh the benefit of the doubt. but any other player on that team that helped miami, they only played well because of lebron.
