Any moron can tell that he was joking when he called himself an old man, he laughed when he said it.

Beside that, at that point in his life, things weren't going so great for him. His back was in a very bad condition at the time. You said it yourself: "he HAD a back condition". But that's cleared up now. I honestly believe his back won't be a big problem for him anymore. T-Mac's got a good 5-6 years left in him at least.

    Of course you were. /sarcasm

Francis was a very good player at the time, and still can be imo. And Mobley was and still is a solid player. Cato also played well for us the previous season.

Tracy wasn't boo'ed there untill after he left. Kobe is boo'ed quite often when he steps on the court.

I believe your post shows more about Orlando management than anything...that they suck, but we all already know that.

And again, Kobe hasn't won or proven anything other than he's a dumbass and a ballhog.

Tracy was not exactly well liked by the Orlando fans. Did you not read their posts in forums like RealGM when that trade happened?

I'm pretty sure you'll hear the same stuff about Kobe when he leaves LA. Shoot I'm seeing that stuff now.

And btw, if Orlando fans didn't like Tmac so much and wanted him gone why did people send dead threats to former Orlando GM Weisbrod so that he won't trade Tmac?

oh a typo, I meant death threats. and is that your retort? is that all you can say? maybe you can shut up now since we pretty much know how limited your basketball knowledge is from all your posts in this single thread.

um, when u are booed, u do know that's a sign of respect right. and if u notice, there's a reason his fans still follow him through the times.

at least tmac had the respect never to diss the organization like kobe.

again, how would u know kobe would win rings w/ yao? yao is not shaq. not even close. can yao put 30 and 15 to help out kobe, esp. in this tough west?

    You mean any non-moron can't tell....? :D
A chiropractor cured T-mac's back problem. What kind of back problem is that?
If you only want the playoff, T-mac is enough. If you want a championship, T-mac + Yao is not the answer.
For BBskills, T-mac is a superstar; How about the mentality? I believe Dr.Patterson knows the answer.
Kobe>>T-mac, sadly, this is from a Rox fan.

You are so dumb! T-Mac never dissed the Magic Organization? LOL. Sure he did. He dissed the GM, the management. You are making a fool of yourself with every putrid word that comes out of your mouth. Please stop.

Or in other words, exactly what Kobe is doing right now wiht the Lakers. LOL.

But actually, it's a little different. The Lakers like Kobe, and want to keep him.

Orland couldn't wait to get rid of T-Mac, who they found was lazy, and played hard only when he FELT like it. Pretty much what JVG insinuated with the phantom injuries re T-Mac.

he dissed the GM, who dissed him first. he never dissed the "organization" as a whole. he just dissed the GM. he never dissed anyone until weisbrod took over.

and again, why are u resorting to name calling. if u want to have sane arguments, keep it sane. if u want to act stupid and call names, just stop.

it's obvious u dont know much about basketball. it's hard to educate you when u don't listen.

again, do u live in LA? do u listen to the radio talk shows? most laker fans WANT him to be traded now, but to chicago.

if ur a laker fan, u can see that kobe is becoming more than the lakers, which is not what it should be.

They guy obviously doesn't understand the dynamics of team sports, or even realize that basketball is a team sport.

He doesn't realize that having great individual talent/skills does not equate to being a great basketball player.

You're right though. In any team sport, when an individual on a team becomes greater than the team, there is something wrong. Especially when the player embraces it...like Kobe.

Again, you do realize that Kobe won 3 championships right? NBA is a team sport, but like any team sport, not all players are the same. Kobe got along well enough this past season to lead his team to the playoffs. There has been no issue at all relating to Kobe this past season. I think you are too blind in your love for T-Mac that you have no more logic or reason left.

again kobe won 3 but he wasn't happy winning those 3 rings b/c he wasn't the "main" guy. how can u not be happy winning championships? how can there be friction when u win rings? esp. 3 in a row.

if u live in LA AGAIN, even the biggest homer "vick the brick" said kobe was "selfish" and lived in "darkness" then. ppl knew kobe was selfish back then.

though kobe has "force" himself to play the team game, he's not doing it willingly. u can still see games where he jacked up 30-40 shots w/ regularity in the 2nd half, when the lakers became worse and worse.

u think kobe would be happy taking 20-21 shots again w/ yao + mike james and possibly bonzi? hes not gonna score 40+ anymore.

again, kobe wants to be better than MJ. MJ has more scoring titles, rings, and MVPs.

how is kobe gonna get those if he's playing w/ another all-star? there's a REASON why he didn't name houston as one of those destinations.

going to the east would still help him achieve those but win, b/c the east sucks.

Basketball is all about winning. Kobe knows it. Why don't you?

You think Yao cares about "stats"? He cares about winning, fool.

If Kobe comes over, him and Yao can win because Kobe is exactly what Yao needs. A strong, aggressive, even a jerk, winner.

T-Mac lacks heart, and strength to win anything. And he isn't quite the humble nice guy you make him out to be. He has a Kobe sized Ego but without the heart, or desire. He is all talk, and no walk.

Yao on the other hand..he's got a lot of courage, and heart. He doesn't have the natural abilities aside from his height that Kobe or even a T-Mac might have. But he's got heart. He's shown nothing but heart these past 5 years.

Put Yao and Kobe together, and we fans can see championships again. Yao won't care if his stats go down. He is not stat conscious like T-Mac is.

And to say that Kobe wasn't a major part of those Championships, you are nuts. Kobe was a huge part of winning it.

he was for 2 of them. the first one, he avg 21, 5, 4. that's not THAT major. that yr shaq was like 80% to his 20%.

then the next 2 yrs became more 60% shaq 40% kobe.

where do you get 60% Shaq Kobe 40%? LOL What loony source did you use to get that from? besides your looney brain. LOL

Kobe and Shaq were synomonous to those 3 championships. Anyone who says Kobe played a minor role in them is a little nuts.
