ur somewhat right. we have high bball iq players too outside of 2-3 players.

hayes is like oberto, but oberto has some offensive talent so he actually finishes off a lot of plays. also, they have 1-dimensional players but good at it so they all fit (ala finley for shooting, bowen for D...)

usage rating is how much the ball is in a player's hands and how much he contributes to a team's offense basically. this yr his rating is 32.9, BARELY over wade of 32.6.

i'm not saying tmac is better than them. what i am saying is tmac is the most depended on player to do most of the thingso n offense.

when hughes is healthy, hughes handles the ball a lil bit for james. odom for kobe. jwill can start the offense sometimes for wade.

past halfcourt, the ball is basically in tmacs hands 90% of hte times. that's too much work for a guy just got off an injury. this is where adelman will help.

A Kobe for T-Mc trade on paper makes sense. However, personally I would be as sick as when we made the Gay/Swift for Battier trade. IMO only people with little or no integrity would want to cheer for a rapist with severe personality disorders.

shaq is one of the best centers of all time. yao isn't even close to his level.

interesting thing about duncan though is he pretty much is a playmaker, yao is not. that is were coaching and team philosophy come in. KG is top 5 player in the league just because he gives you 20 10 every single night.

maybe yao can do it, but JVG is stubborn. just like maybe vspan can contribute. but yao will make mistakes earlier on if he does but i dont think JVG is willing to experiment last yr. thats why all the burden was on tmac.

hopefully we'll use preseason to use yao as a playmaker some and see how he responds
