    Didn't you read the reports before the trial how the Colorado girl went to a party the day after her accusation and was joking with her friends about his size?

    Yes, there's no doubt in my mind kobe raped her and that he got off solely on the fact that he's rich and can buy his way out of trouble.

    thats the nba/celebrity life...I mean on the road and having groupies come at you 24/7...kobe simply got caught..this was different cause she made a case about it...my cousin has dated someone that has been in the league and has seen stuff like this happen ...let's not be niave

    Bryant's team used the "nut and slut" strategy with great success. I'm sure it had some part in her refusal to cooperate with the DA.

    None the less, she wasn't walking away without some sort of retribution, and she got it with Kobe's dubious public statement once the case was dismissed.

    There are those who believe he was framed and there are those who think he got away with sexual assault. I can't say for sure, one way or the other, but to adamantly claim he was set up is bit of a reach.

    It just seems highly unlikely to me that a black very rich/very well known professional athlete would rape an unattractive white woman in Colorado.
