Yet nobody mentions how kobe did nothing w/o shaq or in this case with a FAR better team then they are playing. Nobody seems to remember how kobe wouldnt shoot against the suns? Tracy has lost the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th best players from his team(landry may as well not be there). Take away boozer, AK, and korver from utah and where would they be? Take away gasol, odom, and farmar from LA and where would they be? I understand the grass is always green mentality, but the would you trade tmac for manu thread just put it over the top. There is absolutely no way in hell the rockets make the playoffs this season if they had manu.

Tmac is not in as good as Kobe blah blah blah, hes getting paid 20 million a year he should be trying harder to get in better shape since basketball is what he does for a living
He basically said Kobe is being allowed to play 1 on 1 and basically owning their defender (something T-Mac can't do because he's immediately doubled). T-Mac could obviously do the same 1 on 1 and did it a ton last year. Denver can't afford to do this to Kobe because of the extra weapons in Odom and Gasol for LA. He said he can't blame T-Mac and thinks he's playing as hard as possible and Charles adds he's being worn out be 2-3 defenders a game (yup). He then goes on to state the obvious that no one should be surprised we're down 2-0 because we couldn't beat Utah last year with Rafer, Yao, T-Mac so he doesn't understand why people are upset and surprised. Basically we need Yao back and another scorer to look like LA next year.

Lakers management had promised to build a contending team around him but they failed miserably. Can you blame him for wanting to leave? So first and foremost, without a doubt, he just wants to win. Can you say the same about Tmac? This may be true, but prior to the Gasol trade, the Lakers only had 1 legitimate star while the Rockets had 2. So you're going to fault Kobe for demanding that the Lakers management improve the team. And then you're going to complain about the Lakers management improving the team. No matter how you cut it, the Lakers were the top seed in the west. And I'm sure a big reason is due to Kobe's competitive spirit. Maybe if Tmac shared Kobe's mentality, we wouldn't have an undersized backup sg who has poor ball-handling skills, inept passing abilities, and a low basketball IQ. We also probably wouldnt have an undersized power forward who plays below the rim and is offensively inept from anywhere further than 2 feet from the basket.
