Lol are you kidding me? Porzingis is the 2nd best big man in the NBA after AD and he is better than KaT. Sure Kat is the flashier player but if your goal is to win games then Porzingis is perfect, he is a 3 nd D CENTER, he'll provide spacing and gravity on offense and then defend and grab rebs on defense. Phil Jackson doesn't believe in analytics so he wants Porzingis to waste his career being a normal big man when his true calling is to become Dirk Novitzki 2.0 with defense and rebounding. If I were Morey I would trade everybody on the team except Harden for him.
KP isn't experienced enough and did not finish the season strong enough to pull a stunt like that. But at the same time the Knicks management has no business trying to conduct any meetings, because they're a joke.
I'm a bit surprised that KP did that, because he has shown a fair amount of maturity in his short time in the NBA. He needs to grow up a bit, and have a good off season.
