It is when compared to an entire career where he had played in Toyota Center a good amount of times before last season. Half a season's worth of games in a long career is ALWAYS an aberration.

My guess is the total amount of games he played total at Toyota Center before joining the Rockets is about roughly 7 or 8 games. 1 or 2 games per season on the road here each season and he was also injured a ton so probably missed a few here and there. When he was with the Magic and Nets, he only played 1 game here per season. And my guess he didn't always play well in each of those games. Stop making excuses for him. 40 games is enough of a sample size..

 

Not making excuses, just stating the brain dead obvious fact that this is half a season's worth of data, meaning ABERRATION. Guy is a career sharpshooter and pro. If the issue isn't with something in the stadium literally effing with him, he will adjust... assuming he is still here during the season.

 

Shouldn't this dead the whole "sources" talk. He said trade will happen in two weeks. Now he says he will check with his sources. Check what? If he has to check, it means his first statement doesn't hold true. If that's the case, why would his second statement hold true?
This is pretty much what has bothered me this whole time. I don't mind the people who want to believe Melo is coming. But the ones that eat up the garbage online. There is no such thing as sources. Nobody is credible. It's all people guessing and trolling to gain hype from delusional people. The cats out of the bag. They tried to do this trade and it didn't happen. Maybe the Knicks Front Office changes their mind, maybe they don't. There is certainly no time span that's set for that to happen, nor is there someone that Perry is sharing his thoughts to that's informing Marcellus or Potato Head.

 

I have to be honest, I felt like Melo would be traded before Knicks training camp, but now I feel they might take it into the season.
