    Yes. We gave away every trade-able asset for Chris Paul's bird rights so it shouldn't be shocking that the Knicks don't want to work with us. I'll never be on the side that says we had to give up all of that for CP3. Never. The Clippers really were going to let him walk away for nothing if we offered two 2nd round picks instead of a 1st along with all of the stuff?

    Reason I believe this gets done before camp is because the Knicks have done absolutely no marketing of Carmelo Anthony this up coming season.

    And you risk injury, during camp, start of the season.

    If Carmelo gets injured they are stuck with that salary this year and next.
