    Players aren't properly used in the NBA all the time. In fact, I think it was Morey that said most players in the NBA are 'fit' players. We've seen that with Omri Cassipi this year, blossoming after 3 relatively mediocre seasons (2nd season in Sacramento + 2 seasons in Cleveland).

    But I guess what happened was that the Raptors' GM told Steve Mill that Bargnani was better than what he's shown in Toronto because he wasn't used properly by Dwayne Casey. Mills bought into it, and thought others would buy into the same crap when he tries it.
