He’s been dating Matt Barnes’s ex-wife for a few years now; it’s not Fisher’s fault that Barnes once escalated this situation to the brink of violence, although it is Fisher’s fault that he drove drunk in Barnes’s car two years later. Tim Hardaway Jr. once denied that Fisher had been involved with his girlfriend, but he confirmed that he had asked his girlfriend whether she’d been involved with Fisher, which means a player on the Knicks plausibly thought that the team’s coach was hooking up with his girlfriend.
