I don't understand this frenzy for Lin. I mean, he's an above-average PG but he has yet to be proven in a full season and post-season. I wouldn't pay him over $5 million until he's got a few years of real NBA action under his belt.
Neither Lowry, Asik or Dragic has proven it over a full season either, but contracts are awarded on glimpses or projections of what they will do over the lifetime of the contrat = in other words, potential. DD
