[Knicks.com] McGrady hears that ex-teammates miss him

It's called being polite when prompted by a question or put on the spot. Honestly arguing that the team as a whole misses him would be like somebody trying to argue that the Eagles, Cowboys or Bills all miss Terrell Owens. You just simply know better. Players generally don't hold grudges and aside from his dramatic misdoings from last year, I highly doubt McGrady ever gave the players a reason to dislike him. Especially this year -- he did all the right things, said all the right things, went through the motions. It's not surprising that our guys would have nothing but nice things to say about him.

 

How would anyone know? Who cares? He's not on the team anymore. This is a pointless, vindictive thread.

 

Tmac was chatting it up with Brooks and lowry the entire game so I wouldn't be surprised if they told him they missed him.
