I think of all the players we have that have the most MJ feel to them, it’s KMJ. I have never seen a marginal talent in the 2nd round grow as quickly as this kid last season. I’m certain the league is paying attention. I think that he is really getting a feel for the NBA speed and for his 3 ball. Does anybody else feel like he plays more like a 2 than a 3? Do you think his game will suffer if he adds 15-20 lbs?

His ceiling is really high and he has some incredible ball hawk instincts.

Wait…so you want him to gain 20lbs AND play SG? Correct?

I made a thread about this and said it would be in our best interest if he could play the primarily. Year he has hops but he’s still undersized to be a big. He’s not the same as Hayes or Draymond. He can’t take advantage of the bigger matchups being smaller than them. We can’t play the PNR with him.

Jalen Green has a MJ feel. Michael Jackson.

No, I’m saying he’d be better at SF with 20 more pounds, but he might lose some of his bounce, which I am not in favor of.

For pure athleticism, yes. He has massive potential. Watching how quickly he grows has changed my expectations on him.

Facts. He wore that Michael Jackson “Billie Jean” sequined glove suit to the draft with the Jackson 5 “Dancing Machine” curly afro and bell bottoms.

He's closer to a 4 than a 2. He's developing and improving, but right now he can't create off the dribble at all, so he can't play the 2 at this point.

If he develops enough playmaking ability and a consistent 3, he'll be a very good 3

I don’t think you need to be all that stout to play in today’s NBA. I would prefer he play at a weight that does not impact his hops or speed.

I genuinely don't remotely see a 2 guard in KMJ at all. If he gets his 3 consistently and gets a little more agile on the perimeter (especially on D) he has all the tools to be a fantastic SF though. I think he could even have all-star potential if he puts all the pieces together. Could turn out to be a huge draft steal once it's all said and done.

I mean with kpj/jalen/Tate/Kmj/garuba and wood…that’s positionless basketball at its finest with some added d from kpj/jalen/wood and added o from garuba

I know that’s expecting a lot of growth…but im a homer, sue me

    I have him as a 4/3.

No doubt he's been great value and shows real potential.

How do you know how MJ feels and when did you manage to feel KMJ up?

Can’t dribble and can’t shoot. So what are we talking about here?

I'm confused. Jalen is a SG. He's probably our most talented player, at least in time. Why do we want KMJ to play his position?
