Think giving him credit for learning how to shoot this year is legit, and by having done that, he deserves a shot to play in a rotation somewhere given he has the athletic ability. All that is left is just making the right basketball decisions during the game. In garbage time he's been reckless, but I won't hold that against him entirely as players try to get some action when they can get some action. But that's what it comes down to for KJ now. Simply maintain those shooting percentages ( Rockets were the best thing for him in this regard forcing him to shoot all day and all night ) and then add playing smarter basketball.
Yeah, I would think that he'd play just to keep bodies fresh. Rotation should be Anderson, Capella, Nene and Trez. There's about 80-84 minutes there for them to split. No reason for anyone to play 35 minutes and no reason to play Nene very many minutes in a blowout game.
