    Thanks rockbox.. do you know of any place that sells forschner in blocksets? I've been reading nothing but good things about them, but I can only find them for sale individually.. any ideas?

    Word of warning on the forschners. Since they are really meant to used in commercial kitchens, they are not as pretty as the other sets mentioned. They are just great quality durable knives that cost a third of what you would pay for the other 3.

    I have a set of the 4 Star JA Henckels and absolutely couldnt live without them.

    Somebody wanna give me the 411 on exactly how American Psycho quotes made it into a thread about kitchen knives?

    It was a great movie and everything, but that has to be the most bizarre attempt at a thread derailment ever...
