I'm a member on both boards. I didn't see what you originally posted but if you WERE gloating...we're already down man, you don't have to kick us. Bottom line is, the Rockets got a young, athletic, high motor, and coachable player for basically nothing. It was already confirmed that this was for financial benefits of the Maloof's. Who knows, maybe 2Pat will continue developing.
I just wanted to say that the fans in Sacramento are some of the best in the league. You absolutely don't deserve the ownership you have and the management they hired. You also don't deserve to lose your team. Good luck.
He seems to have a chip on his shoulders. But that doesn't matter since it's the coaches who have to deal with him day to day. What matters is whether he is good enough or if he ends up never developing a post game. I know it takes time to develop post moves in the nba but for some they can eventually develop it..but for others they go through their nba years and still end up being another jordan hill or stromile swift or another patrick patterson even. I liked the analogy of him eventually developing into a stretch 4..where he can make 3s. But doesn't that make him eventually becoming another patrick patterson? The thing is when will he develop his skills consistently of post moves and 3 point shooting. If it takes more than 1-2 years that would be fine; but if he ends up taking more than that or even ending up to be another jordan hill or stromile swift then we have ourselves a bust.
Nothing about this hurts as bad as them losing their team to Seattle, though it's not a done deal yet. If they move to Seattle, people in Sacto won't give a rat's ass about the Kings or whatever they will be called. Then it's, sayonara, b****es!
that kid is judging morey for wins and callinghim mediocre.. does he realize that morey has yet to have a losing season, despite not having a single all-star in the last 3 years.. what is moreys record again? lol but yea 3 straight years in the lottery, with the 14th pick, best record of the lottery teams, and better records than a few playoff teams in the east.. get a clue.. and the only year that both tmac and yao were healthy in the playoffs was 2007. the biggest knock on morey was he wasnt able to sign a super star free agent, despite not having th emoney to do so until now. he silenced most once he aquired harden for "assets." morey has a kncack for getting in return more than hes given away and hes always active. glad to have him as our gm..
um.....I don't like the idea of creating a thread like this in Kings Forum...what is the purpose? I'd rather you creating kneejerk...stupid thread here.... Please don't mention that u are from clutchfans pls.
Wow very unnecessary!!! I love this site and this forum. A lot of knowledgeable and passionate fans on here. You guys keep me up to date on what is going on since I’m in Afghanistan. But I have to say going to the kings forum and posting all that is pretty low.
Happy to see the OP went over and edited/deleted/rewrote his post on the Kings forum. The original post was tacky and classless. If you want to hear from opposing fans about a player we got, show a little diplomacy. If roles (boards) reversed and someone posted like that here, they'd be given troll status in a hot minute.
