Really, nobody's ever caught two little kids in the bathroom comparing their pee pees before? Seriously?

Except for the "having sex" part, which is a bit weird, a teacher made a mistake, corrected the mistake, reported the mistake anyway, and now is being punished for something that caused no real harm to either child. Parents can be real dicks.

    LeBron's fault.

In all seriousness, all I was thinking about in kindergarden was Pokemon, Mario Bros. and Steve Franchise's Houston Rockets (RIP Franchise)

Two five year olds saying they are "having sex" does not mean they were having sex.

Without knowing what exactly happened, you can't compare it to two boys playing around. Just because it wasn't literally sex it doesn't mean it was innocent behavior.

I got to admit I'm a little bit impressed. When I was 5 years old, I was still trying to distinguish if Playdough was food or not.

You cannot generalize a situation from your own personal experience. Not every school and classroom are built the same. My school bathrooms are shared by two classes. And there is more than one stall.

You can do everything in your power to ensure kids are following the rules and being safe and playing appropriately and things will still happen. Why? Because they are kids. And in a classroom there is 20-30 of them. Yes schools with a high student to teacher do exist. Mine's one of them. Some schools its not unheard of to see 45 students in an ancillary class. Now certainly the school should investigate and make sure proper protocols were followed. And that school's policy could be different from yours. If they find the teacher erred, then disciplinary action should follow. That they were trying to have sex though, definitely suggests they learned that stuff somewhere outside of school. What about investigating the parents, the families, and getting to the root of the situation?

No, it's much easier to just blame the teacher.

    *fixed*

I've had unfortunate experiences as a student (child); visitor; incoming staff member (for a school and a private company working for the school); student intern; and an observer.

Less meddling and more understanding would make things a little better.

I think its harsh the teacher will probably lose her job over this ... alot can happen in school, especially a big one or class with alot of students. The parents are D!cks, both male and female, and you sort of have to deal with because their precious jewelry of children are in your hands, all day.

Not sure why they have classroom restroom. That's just put more responsibility on the teacher by adding "classroom restroom".

Are you saying it wasn't?

If it was, then they should have it as part of the report. It makes a big difference. And that's the trade off, when having one, more convenient, but more responsibility.
