i am shocked. i really thought they would make it. they just seemed so in love. i am not quite sure how some of you are saying it was made for a tv wedding.
It was obvious that they were NOT going to last forever. Kris is a big dork and Kim is too high maintenance. I bet you that the divorce will be played out on her reality show. I guess they are determined to play out EVERYTHING on the show until they die. That's their motto.
But the surprise is that Khloe and Lamar has lasted longer! You're so right about Kris =Dork. I've been privy to some conversations amongst NBA dancers and let me say, Kris Humphries would fit seamlessly in a discussion held by NBA dancers. He is not the sharpest tool in the shed. That's saying a lot considering some of the players on NBA teams.
lmao Very funny but perhaps taken out of context? Maybe he said it in a joking tone and Kim being the super serious person that she is, did not find it amusing.
I have no interest in reality "stars" or whatever they are, but this is almost becoming a fascinating phenomena. The sole reason for Kardashian's fame and marketability is her unintentional entry into reality tv/media (i.e. sex tape). She's parlayed that infamy into a "reality career" for herself and her family, which is just bizarre for one, and actions like this wedding seem oddly contrived. It's like she is willingly becoming a Truman Show. On one hand, I suppose it's not particularly revelatory--there's plenty of people who have wedded for the allure of the reality spotlight (e.g. The Bachelor/Bachelorette, every other show on VH1, etc.)... Perhaps the distinction here is that most reality stars will have their fleeting moments in the spotlight, but some, like Kardashian, are able to make it a long-term lifestyle. What I wonder is just how aware she, and others, are that they're living her life for the audience. Weird. And stupid.
They keep fans at close via social media...that's why they are soooo successful. I honestly don't think they will be famous if there was no social media.
