Is it possible one of the "conditions" is that the pick is Lottery protected? This makes sense from the Bulls perspective. Any one up on who might owe picks to the Bulls which they could convey? I believe the Bucks owe the Bulls a 2nd rounder next draft. It may be real strange how we're entangled with the Bucks (the Pryz/Collier trade and now maybe this) during the 2001 Draft. ------------------ Is it Preseason yet ??!! Smeg, I guess the last piece to your celery pie is knowing that the CBA allows teams to trade down in salary with impunity. Of course, that implies the other team is trading up, right?! So, we could erase Drew's salary in a trade for picks provided we found a team who could take on his salary...hence the need to find a team with cap room. Cat5, Yes, trade exceptions accummulate (but the also expire on trade anniversaries). So we are near losing what's left of the exception generated from the Pippen trade.
