This thread highlights why the Democrats are a bunch of losers. And here is why.

Trump lays out a snare (and not a big brain one at that). Ships out a Salvadorian citizen back to their country. Democrats then stupidly fall straight into the trap, crying about due process and forces the SC into a correct ruling.
Now the ultra simple minded Democrats who have faux outrage have backed themselves into a corner (like they always do because let's be honest, they are nowhere as intelligent as they think they really are). They can either back down and STFU or double down with their stupidly and have the audacity to expect Trump to force Bukele to release one of his citizen back to the US.

This is why we are falling behind to China. The party of superior intellect would rather battle a dumb cause simply to dunk on Trump than do something productive.

 

There is a depth to it. I’m old and nerdy enough to know where the term comes from. It originally comes from pen and paper role playing games like dungeons and dragons. In 2019, 2 separate immigration courts found he had MS 13 ties but he told them it was dangerous for him to go back. Now, thanks to Bukele it isn't, and his entire family can join him.

In a courtroom this disgraced police officer would have been cross examined and destroyed on the stand. He claimed Garcia lived somewhere during a time period he didn't live. He has evidence he never lived in upstate NY.

If there's evidence hes a gang member then take him in front of a judge and get a deportation order. The last order from a judge determined he was not a gang member and was barred from being deported to El Salvador

An unhinged claim. The Trump administration is also saying paradoxical things depending on who they are talking to. When they speaking with the courts, they acknowledge it was a mistake and then in front of cameras with the El Salvadorian president, Pam Bondi literally says he was a MS13 member.

The lying at this point is an expression of "So what the **** are you going to do about it?" type of lying where they know its obvious lying and they know it doesn't matter.

I agree that Trump thought he was just laying a snare out there when he saw that a legal immigrant got wrongfully deported and he thought he could get Democrats to throw themselves behind someone that he felt the public would have no sympathy for and give himself the chance to flex his power over the rule of law and test his ability to be an autocratic strong man we all know he wants to be.

Ok. I am going to help you through the logic of your post.

First, do you believe Trump (and I mean Trump himself with the help of his staff) sought out Garcia specifically in a premediated manner or do you believe Garcia was initially nothing more than a name on a list with thousands of other bad guys?
If its the former, show me proof. If its the latter, what does the rule of law and due process have anything to do with Bukele refusing to return one of his own citizens?

If you're referring to the other thousands of gang bangers, I honestly don't give a ****. We have more US citizens locked up due to bullshit charges like possession of weed (black people mind you ... which obv you don't care about). Its so absurd the foundation of them modern Democrat party was centered around civil rights, would rather fight for the rights of non citizens instead of its own people .... here it comes .. just to dunk on Trump. The sad thing is that this administration has done what China could not do - open the door for China to supplant the USA as the world superpower.

90% of all individuals we have sent to El Salvador have no criminal records. Understand this. The one individual Garcia is making headlines because ironically he's a individual who actually has been adjudicated that he in fact was not part of ms13 and that the administration admitted to the courts that they made a mistake. It's a vocal expression to the courts of a mistake and a adjudication that he specifically was not part of ms13. Hence it's so blatantly obvious hence why he specially is making headlines. The rest of the 200+ humans just have never even been detained before for criminal charges and never have been accused of being in a gang so they are easier to disappear. Garcia has a distinct paper trail of court documents explicitly saying that he was not a member of ms13 due to a cop making false claims and later being fired for said false claims.

Why do this? This is where you naiveness comes up. The combo of obvious lying and mass round ups of non violent migrants sending them to a concentration camp in El Salvador while labeling them violent while being obviously wrong while also stating they eventually want to send "bad" US Citizens to said concentration camp means they eventually want to do this to American citizens who dissent. They eventually want to label American citizens who disent as illegal, provide no due process for the claims, ship them off to a foreign country's concentration camp in a rushed manner to where by the time the courts make a decision that they can't do this to an American citizen, the individual is already outside he country and they can make the excuse that this is now a foreign policy issue.

The crazy thing here is just the mere open expression of Trump wanting to use CECOT as a detention facility for American citizens should make you a patriotic revolutionary wanting to overthrow Trump.

So you know how many individuals have served their sentences in CECOT? 0. You are defending a President openly wishing cruel and unusual punishment and suspension of due process. You are defending a president who wants to send American citizens to a concentration camp that has never had a human leave the facility because the concentration camp is meant for people to die there. CECOT is a affront to what the American justice system is supposed to be and here you are on your high horse accusing Democrats of ignoring our justice system harming American citizens and ignoring said American citizens to defend illegal immigrants instrad yet you are completely ignoring the part where Mango Mussolini is openly telling your lame ass he wants to do this to American citizens.

If non citizens don't have due process, you don't either. Because a future administration with retribution in their minds will use the expansion of powers Trump is creating to black bag you and claim that you are an illegal pedophile, ship you out and disappear you and tell the courts it's too late to correct the mistake.

And quite frankly I'd vote for the political candidate who campaigns on doing this retribution and using Trump's expansion of powers like unmasking private information from online message board accounts without search warrants to find former MAGA defenders, round them up and then label all of them as illegal alien pedophiles, ship them off the CECOT where they can hang out with old friends like President Bukkake who also is serving his life sentence. That's how radicalized the MazgA movement has gotten me. I want to weaponize the expansion of executive powers against MAGA supporters.
