Ironically due process was adjusted here and under the first Trump admin he was let go because it was ruled he wasn't part of ms13 and that initial claim was wrong.

You think the Turnp admin is going to let go of a dude who was adjudicated to be part of ms13. He was let go under the first Trump admin.

Damn, ya'll really love this guy lol..... I don't know what to tell you..... Keep fighting the "good" fight I guess..... I'm sure this breh was an innocent man.... No politics here, no reason to inflate this story and try to make Trump look bad. Just a big ol massive mistake that Bukele is also getting wrong because he does not want to release him back to his very own country..... I just can't with yall.....

Funny how you forgot to add the paragraphs where they found the "witness" who claimed he was a gang member to be unreliable cuz he never saw anything himself and heard a "rumor" he was

It's one thing to arrest the students on Visas because of their protests. That's bullshit but at least it's legal, it's another to deport this family guy who hasn't been convicted of anything.

If you believe this is what an ms1e member looks like then you aren't living in reality

It's actually still illegal to deport students on visas for protest due to the first amendment wording of "people" instead of "citizen".

There is a right wing screenshot of a webpage that is spammed that shows a US code of guidelines for visa denial in an application and one of them is "expressed support for a terrorist organization" or something along those lines.

That is a webpage that is expressing the guidelines for denial of a visa claim of a individual that isn't within the US yet.

Once within the US, they can say literally "I love Hamas" and cannot be deported on those grounds due to the government not being able to take an action on a person based on speech.

You can be criminally charged and therefore be deported if you give MATERIAL support to a terror organization as in you send money and resources or have direct contact with Hamas officials.

Most of these students have been detained without a criminal charge also. It's purely based on speech.

It went from an innocent US citizen, to a faithful married legal foreigner. No history of gang activity. Just a random pickup because the color of his skin.

Cognitive dissonance is strong with these folk. They will fight to the bitter end to defend their team, all the way to the bitter end. All Harden fans too.

Sir you are putting words in his mouth. He says he would consider it if it has utility and benefit.

He is just wondering if fascist policies have their merits. That's all:rolleyes:

The goals of these actions isn't for things like national security purposes. If that was their intent in good faith your argument would have merit.

The motivations for these actions as can be seen with things like Dr. Phill coordinating with the Trump administration to do ride alongs with fascist ICE Paramilitary units as they round up illegals or doing ASMR videos of concentration camp detainees in El Salvador are two fold:

Test the limits of what they can get away with especially very public displays of obvious cruelty to see the tolerance of Americans to accept it.

And said purpose of these tests on limitations is eventually move on to American citizens who dissent.

First they start with the least sympathetic groups from the perspective of the average American.

Student activists who are empathetic of Palestinians , Latino illegal immigrants etc.

Then they purposefully make "mistakes" as in detain people who've already gone through due process and have been determined to not be gang members for example and send them to foreign labor camps and then see what happens if they deny Supreme Court orders to return said individual back.

The reason for these purposeful obvious "mistakes" is because then they can "mistake" American citizens who disent as being illegal gang members, black bag them without a criminal warrant and ship them off to a labor camp in El Salvador before anything is adjudicated and then claim it's too late we can't find them anymore and given precident of knowing they won't be impeached or challenged, will be confident they will keep on getting away with it.

That's the purpose. Because their end state goal is to be able to do this to American citizens who dissent.

They have been trying this since the beginning, first with the "Real Madrid Player" then with the "Gay guy" then with the "Singer" but this one stuck so they are going to ride it for the next 4 years...

The same people that had no problem putting Jan 6 bystanders in prison can't fathom this guy out of all people getting deported back to El Salvador despite there being evidence he was actually a gang member.

In all honesty, I do hope Bukele makes a serious investigation on this guy and if innocent sets him free in El Salvador. But asking him be returned is beyond stupid...

Ya man, his American wife probably would think its stupid for her husband to return.\

Also Jan 6th rioters were criminally charged, detained, had bond hearings, and had a trial with a jury of their peers.

What are you imagining in your head?

Difference being those January 6 defendants had their day in a courtroom and none of them were held without due process. Thats nothing similar to what's happening now.

Quit trying portray yourself as smart. Youre a brainwashed cultist
