Trump just told Bukele that "home growns" should be next, saying "I'm all for" incarcerating American citizens in El Salvador's prison system. This would mean US citizens deemed "terrorists" by the administration could be sent to foreign prisons without due process - a clear violation of constitutional rights. Does that not concern you? Would you still support this approach if it meant American citizens could be deported to foreign prisons without trial based solely on the administration's determination that they're "terrorists"?
