I don't have any opinion on this and I don't know why anyone else would either. Nobody outside of our HC and OC knows anything about Lance's potential. If they want him, go for it. Let them get their QB of choice and let's see what happens. Once I see the price tag I'll have something to say, but until then I don't really care what we do.

Only reason I would trade for lance is if it was a 3rd round pick or later, and I’d Young is taken with the first pick. If young is still there at 2 then no deal, take young. But if young is gone, and you can get a qb like lance with your 3rd pick then build the rest of the team through the draft do it. Worst case, he sucks and we get one of the “better” QBs next year and we haven’t wasted any picks. Best case, slowik knows how to get the #3 overall pick worth out of lance and we have lightning in a bottle.

also, he’s got 2 years left, so it doesn’t cost much and is a short experiment.

In a draft with too many questionable QBs, this is the perfect idea. We don't give up anything of value to try something out if we can do so cheaply and then otherwise have either our record or our record + 1 or 2 first round picks next year to get into position for Maye or Williams if we're wrong.

If we draft a QB and we are wrong, it will likely take them a few years to admit it and we might be right back in this situation with a questionable QB draft then as well.

    There should be a poll.
IMO, anything outside of walking, running or lightly skipping could easily aggravate that ankle. Pass.

I'd take a flyer on him for sure if Demeco suggests doing it. Who would know better about the guy?

He and Will Levis must have a broad side of a barn competition.

Based on what at this point? Other than your own bias. Even as someone who did not have Stroud as their #1 I can at least get excited. I can also watch and listen to practice reports.. Everything pointing to Levis being worse SO FAR, can that change, yes, but you've dug your heels so go ahead and ride it out I guess.

It’s honestly best you don’t read my troll posts.
It’s not personal towards Stroud. It’s towards a handful of posters.

As to the reports, we don’t know what Stroud has been doing. There haven’t been many outside reports on him.

His only chance is if Dak gets hurt. Terrible situation for Trey

Lance is a far bigger bust than Wilson.
Crazy how much was traded for him

Should we go back and see who wanted to trade our first round pick for this guy?
