Haha a bunch of HOMERS on this board, did we not see Rafer go And 1 on Vujacic last game when we were up big? All of you guys were cheering and posting vids of that incident.

Yes....The AND 1 show deserves a dunk, what goes around comes around. Just take the loss and go into NO and get a win now.

I thought it showed a complete lack of class. I don't know how many of y'all remember, but the Rockets did the same sort of thing a few years ago, when we were blowing a team out. Dan Langhi threw down an alley-oop with about 1 second left in the game vs. the Sixers. We were winning by 20+, and Larry Brown took exception to it.

It's not quite the same situation. But it's the kind of thing that a scrub like Dan Langhi shouldn't do, and the sort of thing that one of the NBA's best should DEFINITELY not do. KG should know better, and I just felt it was classless to try to show-up the opponent like that. He can dunk it in that situation, but don't go in like it's still knotted-up, and throw it down like the basket means something. It's a garbage-time bucket, treat it as such.

I think its lame to complain about an opposing team kicking our ass in "garbage time". If we don't want our ass to be kicked, we should play better.

That is true. If there are sour grapes by the players, they can save it the next time they meet.

I've been saying it for years: he's probably the most overrated athlete in professional sports. A guy that's been out of the first round once in 13 seasons yet everybody acts like he's some kind of untouchable basketball god. If he wins his second MVP award I won't know what to think.

nothing classless... yeah, playing your starters while having a 24 point lead sure is showing some class lemme tell ya. The Rockets knew they lost and they sat almost their whole team. But noooo, not the Celtics. They let KG keep on padding stats, and showed how classless they really are.

Sure buddy, bunch of class there. Is that what they call class in Boston? Damn, I sure want my kids learning class from them since they are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo classy.

    I love KG!
You guys sound like some pissed off teenagers after a break-up.....
I'll bring this thread up when the Celtics win the Ship......
Kevin plays with intensity no matter what time of the game it is, you might as well turn the scoreboard off.......

Shows a lot of emotion, no question. No reason to cry about it though.

Dekembe Mutombo stands up the entire game, how bout if people b****ed about that, or his finger wagging.

Rafer alston started showboating last game, no one says anything bout that.

I was mad bout at KG till there was a fight while i was leaving. Black cop tazed a white girl. THat made a scene.

The game vs. LAL wasn't over until the last minute. But KG was in the entire quarter of garbage time to send us (the league) a message that they can compete against the powerhouses of the Western Conference.

    What a pathetic loser.

How did Rafer showboat last game? He was trying to dribble out the clock and not show off. Sasha was guarding him extra hard and wouldn't back down and was trying to steal the ball. Rafer spun out, and Sasha looked like an idiot.

Agreed, quit asking for grievance and feeling sorry we got clowned on. The board would be going nuts if Boston was on a 22 game winning streak and we went in to their building and blew them out and T-mac dunked like KG did and showed that kind of emotion.

well said. Plus the Rafer thing. Plus the fact that we'd be cheering if it happened the other way round.

Both of these scenarios are biased though because the Rockets are involved in both. I think if the Mavs were playing the Spurs and were up by 20 and, say, Stackhouse dunks in the final minute, I would have to call him a queer.

It was well deserved. We should've showed extra effort, but I guess we were tired of winning so much.

Rest up and get ready to kick some NO arrrrse.

Of all the excuses like McGrady being tired or Rafer going cold, or assuming the worst about Landry's knee, I like this excuse the best. How many teams can say they're tired of winning so much? :D

kg has always been a scum bag with a ghetto mentality. and yes, this is my opinion on his character.

he's a great baller (minus the travel) with no class. i don't understand why he himself and so many others act like the league owes him a championship trophy.

it will be another story if he dunked like that when the game was still meaningful.

I always wondered where that other 10% comes from. Now I know.

    Garbage Time!
