But also, I’ve seen people with cold sores that look similar. The back? I’ve got more bruises running into the corners of tables and desks. The side of face and ear? Is that a scratch? im not at all saying an assault didn’t happen. But these pictures aren’t some smoking gun. I’m not surprised they dropped charges if this is all they had…

First, that's not Kevin Porter Jr, that's Miles Bridges not sure how many people actually know that.? Second, the charges that were dropped yesterday against Miles Bridges have to do with him bashing in his wife's car windshield in Oct 2023, not the inital felony DV charge THAT HE PLEADED NO CONTEST TO in Nov 2022 - which is the same as saying "Yup, I did it" But anyway, please continue to relitigate his innocence without any idea of what you're talking about. lol lawyers really don’t like when layman inquire about legal issues. 1) I know that is Miles, it’s in the tweet 2) my response was explicitly about that tweet and those photos and the Twitter user that implied the pictures clearly show a disturbing assault 3) I literally said I wasn’t commenting on whether or not an assault occurred, but just that the photo doesn’t show anything that would disturb me, like it apparently did for the Twitter poster But anyways, continue to bark at me for daring to share my thoughts. It doesn't take a lawyer to know that Bridges was arrested in Nov 2022 (when the picture is from) and pleaded no contest and that he was arrested again in Oct 2023 for smashing up her car, and that the "charges dropped" were for yesterday. It doesn't even take a person. Bing Copilot or Gemini could maybe tell you that. All you need is a working knowledge of the arrow of time and some light googling. But you didn't, and you conflated the two, and are now arguing that the physical evidence of the first crime (for which he was arrested, and admitted culpability for, and is not in doubt ) - leads you to cast doubt as to whether or not it actually occurred - a subject that, and i canno stress this enough IS NOT DISPUTED. If that's your take, to dispute the indisputable, get help. If you whiffed and mixed up the timeline, just admit it. But there is a 3rd option, keep posting and hope for the best. Pick this one.
