Very sad news. My 21 yr old just left to head back to school and when i heard all i could do is think about her. Parents shouldnt have to bury kids, but god doesn't make mistakes.
i hadn't been paying much attention to the rockets lately so i didn't realize why mchale had taken his leave of absence. this is incredibly sad to hear. hope their family can get through this.
This is hit me really hard. I really feel for the McHale family. I wish coach and the rest of his family alot of good health from here on. No parent should go through what Coach and his wife are going through.
This just makes it even more painfull. She was so young. Very unfair but hopefully she is at peace now resting with the angels
My goodness, RIP Sasha and prayers go out to McHale and his family. I hope there's a minute of silence in the next rocket home game.
The fact that she was only 22 years old is the saddest part of this whole thing. Being 22 myself makes me realize how short life can be and how much we need to appreciate what we have in this world. My prayers go out to Coach McHale and his family.
How can we show the coach some love and support at the next home game? Are the players doing anything i wonder? Out of respect to his family he will probably not coach the rest of the season. Thoughts?
I would expect the players to do something with the uniform. Maybe a patch on the shoulder, or maybe write "RIP Sasha" on their shoes... Something like that, anything that shows respect to her and the family.
I woke up with a heavy heart, today is four years since my fathers passing. Learning about Sasha really teared me up. Losing a loved one during the holidays makes it that much worse. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Mchale family.
I'm going to leave opinions on his coaching style aside a say that him as his family are in my prayers. RIP Sasha
