K-Mac: I kinda wish I was sitting in Oracle getting ready to play Golden State I think. I'll wait and let you know what I really think about that in a few hours.

Chuck: I've seen your team play. You don't want to be around.

    K-Mac: You might be right.

    Stuck out to me too.

BIG Harden fan and "Defender" but a sprain ankle is no excuse to come in overweight.

    Were you stunned?

Yes. I went in and had said we had a rough camp. A lot of guys injured. Dwight couldn't do B2B practices and no B2B games until December. Harden came in overweight. We weren't playing very well. I told them at the end of training camp we were a month to 6 weeks away from gelling and playing well. So we got off to a tough start. I came in, they said, you're fired. I was like wow. It really, really surprised me. I never had a team that I have not been able to get motivated and get going. We weren't playing well. I'll be the first to admit that. It was so short. 11 games.

I thought the WCF would have bought me more time. I guess not. We won 56 games & got to the WCF with the same team for the most part.

Chuck: Your GM threw you under the bus. It was a disgrace & travesty.

    Thought that was a myth!

A month - 6 weeks away with McHale at the helm; more so with JBB I guess

I really hate Charles Barkley. I hope some controversy or bar fight happens with him so he can go down in turmoil. He loves to talk **** about the Rockets.

Barkley of course complains about Morey and owners in general. McHale and Barkley both mention that star players wield a lot of power these days.

I don't know about all that. I just hope that if the Rockets do reach the promised lands again that he's there to witness it.

That's cool. The Rockets have fallen asleep during their games, too. Sadly, those do count. :(

I wanted to fire McHale but if I knew the option would Bickerstaff for the rest of the season, I preferred the Rockets just kept him.
