If D'Antoni doesn't get the lakers job, what are the likelihood of him coming to the Rockets? I think he will be a good fit with all the athletic and young players the rockets have.
http://www.bostonherald.com/sports/basketball/other_nba/view/20121110kevin_mchale_takes_leave_of_absence_from_rockets/srvc=home&position=recent I think Sampson's quote here speak volumes. Morey, Les and McHale aren't expecting huge things from this team this season. As long as McHale does what Morey asks, I think McHale keeps his job... Until the Rox have a line-up worthy of 4th seed in the West, anyway. And, as a human being, I'd like to send thoughts out to McHale and his family.
That's one of the most absurd posts I have ever seen on here. Remember all those young guys getting tons of minutes in Phoenix? Me neither.
McHale has a 8-9 man rotation. Go ahead & get Capt. D in here with his 7 man rotation. Not gonna happen! Back on topic, good luck & best wishes to you & your daughter, Kevin!!!
Never heard the words Stockton, Malone, and classy in the same sentence. Which of these things is not like the other?
Really disgusted with what posters said in the first page. And you call yourselves fans. Have some class please. smh I wish McHale and his family all the best. I hope everything is ok. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.
From mu understanding his daughter is sick and he wanted to be there for her. Lets not get carried away.
If you would have read more than a page you would have seen this: Yes, some people still are making comments in poor taste, but the initial reaction in the first page was directed at a tweet that sounded like McHale needed a break or was forced to take one. You can see some posters even took back their comments.
Best wishes to McHale and his daughter. The rockets have some very capable assistants. I think we will be okay.
personal basketball wants > personal family issues? that's cold blooded man. i don't want mchale coaching, but cmon...
