Still not sure how an (admittedly) strong showing during the first 1/3rd of the season earns a 3 year extension considering after all the end of season collapses and 1st round exits.

After all, Its not how you start but how you finish and Milk Hair has yet to prove he can get this team to finish strong.

I just wish we would have waited until the end of the season to evaluate McHale, but ah well.

Mchale only got the extension since he obeys Morey and won't say no to him unlike adelman who wanted to run his own offense.

Funny how this thread got necro'd. Always interesting to see how far off you are from earlier in the season.

The only one I'm second guessing on my list is Dwayne Casey.

Morey needs to learn his limits. He is a general manager and he needs to stay that freaking way. Sure, he can continue doing analytics and what not to tell the team about what's working or what is not working but he should not try and tell the coach what to do all the freaking time. He looks like one of those people that had never even played high school ball, he doesn't understand other aspects of the game. Only when you have played basketball at a certain level do you understand those other aspects that are not shown in the stat sheet or can be played with via analytics.
