Better economy, lower interest rates (I'm in real estate and it sucks right now), less crime, less inflation and less woke content on Netflix and Amazon Prime...

Should the government regulate the content these companies provide?

In 2018 in the Houston market there was 6127 house sales for September. Last month there was 6676 house sales.....

My sister is a real estate agent in Houston and she's killing it.

Yeah, there are more houses now than there were in 2018.. What, you think all those new houses being built don't sell? Real Estate has been crazy the past 3 years, I'm not lying to you...

I’m listening to Kevin McCarthy and he’s still blaming Democrats even claiming that Gaetz didn’t get him to change the rule that one Rep could call for a vote to remove the speaker but that Nancy Pelosi did.

He even went so far as to say that he could’ve removed Pelosi as speaker but he didn’t do the good of the country.

And people wonder why House D didn't save him. I have to say, I'm a bit surprised by how closely he has mimicked Trump's resentment and how he has stooped to that level to lash out.

My best guess is he still has hopes of becoming Speaker if the conference can't agree on anyone else. He's working to earn support amongst the crazies by acting like one.

Makes sense. What I'm not surprised about, though, is his lack of conviction and his willingness to do whatever it takes to regain a position of power, perhaps this time without any balls left to be kicked by Gaetz again. It should be a hard no, but realistically, he probably has the best chance.

Kevin McCarthy has become another example of the modern Republican party. It's always some elses fault. No sense of personal responsibility or acknowledgement that maybe you or your side is responsible for their failings.

He made a concession to Pelosi and didn't even get her vote? That doesn't make any sense.

mccarthy's goal all along... and of course, in as dishonest and idiotic way possible. Only the maga republicans could be so pathetically clown-like...

Yes freedom of thought is exactly what I would call dropping a speaker candidate becaue Trump doesn’t like him.
